About the presenter


Keith R. Miller served 23 years on active duty in the Army, culminating as the Command Sergeant Major of the U.S. Army Personnel Command. After retiring from the Army, he began his second career with the Army and Air Force Mutual Aid Association as a senior benefits counselor. He has been with Armed Forces Services Corporation, a spin-off of Army and Air Force Mutual Aid Association, for more than 13 years.
