A special Dine and Dial call for Military Survivors and friends will be Wednesday, July 9, 2014, 8 p.m.- 9-15  p.m.  EDT, (7 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.Central) as part of the audio Dine and Dial Financial Conference call series. (Those who serve Survivors are also welcome to join in as there are150 open lines)

The Dine and Dial agenda consists of a brief presentation for Survivors on the featured topics, followed by an open dialog. The theme will be on Maximizing Money. The 1st featured topic for July call is a presentation on the Tricare options of Delta Dental (including the Tricare Retirement Dental Program)  and an overview of the new Veterans Affairs Dental Insurance Program and will feature Lynn Jamroz, RDH who is the Marketing Representative, Marketing and Communications, East Central Region of Delta Dental of California Federal Government Programs (ljamroz@delta.org ; office 630-587-6397.) Background info can be found at www.trdp.org ; www.deltadentalfeds.org; www.deltadentalvadip.org ; www.phsaddp.com. This will be followed with brief discussion of the practical uses on the new interactive benefits report and the DS Log directions for those eligible for the DS login accessibility.

The final(and the main presentation)  segment will be a follow-up presentation by Greg Housel, Community Affairs Specialist FDIC Kansas City Regional Office, 816-234-8047; grhousel@fdic.gov. on "Comparison Shopping and Budgeting" and will be a special opportunity for Survivors to speak to a panel of Survivor Outreach Financial Counselors and other professionals that have worked with Survivors on financial issues and opportunities. With many positive changes over the last years including the on line interactive benefit report availability for Survivors, it will be a great call for Survivors to be able to ask questions and also acquaint themselves on ways to optimize their use of some of financial assets. This call is free to you unless you have a phone plan that charges for out of area calls.  Note: some of the specifics will be based on Missouri issues as this conference call originates from Missouri and is a locally based dial in program, but the concepts are non state specific applicable.  All Survivors and friends are invited to join in on this educational presentation. The Dine & Dial Conference call date and assess code is: Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 8 pm EDT

(7:00 pm CENTRAL (1-626-677-3000 access code 7681905.)
