The Region currently has two Chapters.  The Miami Valley Chapter has 41 members, the Toledo Chapter has 19 members and there are 640 Members-at-Large for a total of 700 members.   Communication is provided through the National Newsletters, Region Newsletter (at least one a year), Emails and telephone calls.  The Region conference, the only official meeting, is held annually in April.  Members serve on the National Board of Directors and attend the National Conventions. One member, the late Geraldine Chittick, served as national president 1968-1970.  Four members have received the Special Recognition Award.

Members of the Miami Valley Chapter are very visible in their community; volunteering at the Dayton VA Medical Center, attending Memorial Services and other Veteran events.  They have also established relationships with the Blue Star Mothers and Gold Star Families and participate in some of their activities.  The Toledo Chapter is currently inactive.
