About the Chapter:

The San Diego Area Chapter of Gold Star Wives of America, Inc. participates in the Veteran's Day Parade (downtown San Diego), Veteran's Day, Memorial Day and Flag Day events, and other patriotic events throughout the year.  The San Diego Chapter also supports many military and veteran's charities in San Diego and belongs to the United Veterans Council of San Diego County

Meeting Information:

The meetings take place at the VA San Diego Healthcare System (commonly known as the VA Hospital), 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, California, 92037, at 1:00 p.m. on the third Sunday of October, March and May.  The Installation Ceremony and Luncheon is held on the third Sunday of September and the Holiday Luncheon is held on the third Sunday of December at The Westgate Hotel, 1055 Second Avenue, in downtown San Diego, California, 92101.
